Firstly, download the Modrinth Desktop App. Ensure it is fully updated.
On the left-hand side of the screen, navigate to the compass icon, which should be the second icon. Upon hovering over it, it should say, "Discover Content." Click on it.
Make sure to set the search tab to "Modpacks" above the search bar, instead of "Mods" or "Resource Packs." Then, click on the search bar and type "Starlight."
The modpack should be called "Starlight" by "cam_ny".
Click install.
Then, head to the library which should be the four icon.
